Delivery & Returns

Delivery to mainland UK (excluding Highlands and Islands) is a flat rate of £3.50 per order, or free for orders over £35 (choose the ‘Free Delivery’ option in your basket). Please contact us for postal charges to the Highlands and Islands. We currently only ship within the UK and Northern Ireland. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery.

We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however in the event that you are not, orders placed online may be cancelled or returned within 14 working days of placement or receipt. Filberts Bees Ltd will refund the costs of the goods and of the outward postage of the goods to you when you placed the order. You will be liable for paying the cost of the return postage to Filberts Bees Ltd.
